Kit Hollis
DirectorHis primary focus is the management and resolution of large and complex claims for a number of clients operating in multiple jurisdictions.
Kit has particular expertise in offshore operations, construction projects, control of well / pollution, political risks and terrorism. Kit is also currently managing a number of claims for clients in the renewable space.
Working closely with his clients, Kit identifies potential issues early and believes that adopting a transparent and non-confrontational approach is the best route to achieving a satisfactory outcome.
In addition to his claims practice, Kit advises clients on the implications of international sanctions and local content requirements as well as providing training to clients on contractual risk allocation and effective management of contractual claims.
Prior to joining INDECS, Kit worked in both underwriting and claims functions in the London insurance market.
Kit graduated from Warwick University with a degree in Biomedical Chemistry.
