Adam Maunder

Adam’s principal role is to provide support on our Project Finance assignments worldwide. He has advised, as part of the project finance team, on numerous non-recourse finance projects across the globe in multiple sectors including renewables and infrastructure. Adam is currently working on the biggest green hydrogen / green ammonia project in the world.

Adam comes from a legal background and has extensive experience providing advise (from an insurance perspective) in relation to the drafting and negotiations of project agreements and finance agreements.

Adam joined INDECS from the Rugby Football Union (RFU), where he worked in the Legal & Governance team, where his focus was ensuring good governance practice at all levels of the organisation as well as supporting the legal function, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.

He holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University London, a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics from the University of York and is currently studying to obtain his advanced diploma and become an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
